Kimberly Brown, Chief Operating Officer
Kimberly Brown was named Chief Operating Officer of Evergreen Private Care, Florida, in March 2019. Prior to joining Evergreen Private Care, Brown served in a number of different roles for the state of Florida, including Martin County Sheriff’s Office, as an Executive Office Manager, and Legislative Director with the Florida House of Representatives. While serving in government, Brown assisted with drafting legislation and policies, fundraising, client services, advocating for constituent services, crafting and managing budgets, strategic planning efforts with transition teams, coordinating public relations and developing community initiatives.
Kimberly Brown is currently finishing her master’s degree in business through Palm Beach Atlantic University, Florida.
Heather Holden, Administrator
Heather Holden joined the Evergreen Private Care family in 2013. Holden has a wealth of experience in advocacy through her years of service with immigration services, served in the capacity as assistant manager for Bank of America, and within Evergreen Private Care her responsibilities over the years has spanned client services, referral coordinator, director of on-call, payroll, and new employee hire/training.
Heather Holden’s greatest joy is spending time with her three children and husband, Brad, of 14 years. She is a board member of the school, where her children attend, and is continually looking for avenues allowing for her to volunteer in her community and church.
Amanda Hobbs Snyder, RN, BSN, Director of Nursing
Amanda Snyder has extensive experience in the healthcare industry serving in many different roles from private home healthcare on Jupiter and Palm Beach Island to working at Lawnwood Hospital and Cleveland Clinic.
Prior to joining Evergreen Private Care, Amanda Snyder was a charge nurse for Cleveland Clinic on the Observation Unit, Orthopedic Unit, Med/Surg Unit, ICU/PCU, and Telemetry Unit. Snyder’s duties over the years include managing clinical staff, patient care, patient outcomes, and discharge planning.
Snyder’s nursing career has been dedicated to developing relationships, establishing excellent processes and reliable systems for healthcare. She is passionate about developing the next generation of nurses and health care professionals to lead in these ever-changing times.
Amanda Snyder received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Indian River State College, in Fort Pierce, Fl. Snyder is the recipient of many outstanding professional awards including the Daisy Award, while at Cleveland Clinic.
