Keren Wheeler, RN; Chief Operating Officer
Keren is a registered nurse and health care professional specializing in the needs of the elderly and their families. She is an innovative entrepreneur who is committed to growing healthcare service based companies which meet the needs of families across their life span. Keren’s motivating passion is to assure that the most vulnerable in society have the opportunity for quality and compassionate care. Mrs. Wheeler is passionate about helping others and is a driving force in the success of Evergreen Private Care. She is an excellent motivator and builds outstanding teams committed to the Evergreen vision.

Jerry Wheeler, ThB; Vice President, Business Devlopment
Jerry experience in innovative and visionary business administration and leadership of charitable organizations positions him for executive leadership of Evergreen.

Kim Howard, Director of Corporate Operations
Kim comes to Evergreen Private Care with more than 15 years of Medicare Home Health Business Operations experience. From 1998 to 2009 she served with a company known as a leading provider of Home Health Care and Hospice services in the United States and Puerto Rico. Kim began her employment with this company on the local level as a Business Office Specialist and was quickly promoted to Business Office Manager. In 2004 she accepted a corporate position in which she was instrumental in streamlining business process and improving operational efficiencies for multiple office locations nationally. Kim’s expertise and leadership skill has been rewarded by exemplary evaluations and letters of commendations. Kim is committed to unwavering implementation of corporate policy and procedure processes that assures the highest degree of professionalism and client/caregiver satisfaction to the Private Care Referral service model. Kim is well known in her hometown for volunteer and philanthropic work as well as for her active involvement with her local house of worship and nonprofit organizations in her community.

Steve Laughlin, Director of Sales/Marketing
Steve has spent the last 18 years in the healthcare industry as a leader and motivator. He has solid experience in the area of hospital administration, operations and sales/marketing. Prior to joining Evergreen, Steve worked as Director of Business Development at Fundamental located in Fort Worth. He also served as a Regional Director at Cornerstone Healthcare in Houston, Texas. Prior to Cornerstone Laughlin served as CEO of Regency Hospital of Fort Worth.

Laughlin is an active member of the Case Management Society of America as well as the Acute Long Term Hospital Association. He has a strong commitment to the community where he lives, the healthcare industry and to making the system easier on patients. His vision for Evergreen in Dallas is to be the premier provider of quality nurse referrals.
