Keren Wheeler, RN:
President and CEO
Keren Snyder
Wheeler is a registered nurse and health care professional
specializing in the needs of the elderly and their families.
As an entrepreneur she has established multiple businesses
across the south and southeast United States which serve
families across the life span. Keren’s motivating passion is
to assure that the most vulnerable in society have
opportunity for quality care. Some of her activities related
to serving families and vulnerable people groups include:

Jerry Wheeler, ThB:
COO
Jerry Wheeler
experience in innovative and visionary business
administration and leadership of charitable organizations
positions him for executive leadership of Evergreen. Jerry
has expertise in management of global operations for a
church based mission organization and as Chairman of the
Board for a home for at risk children. As an executive
project manager, he was responsible for development of a
twenty five acre ministry based campus. Most recently he was
involved in international marketing of home décor as a
company president. |

Becky Hoffpauir, RN:
Vice President
Rebecca
Hoffpauir has a diverse background in nursing administration
and healthcare education leadership. Becky is a registered
nurse with more than thirty years of experience in meeting
the healthcare and educational needs of patients and nursing
education. Through the course of her career she has received
multiple awards for nursing excellence and has held
leadership and administrative positions as a nurse
administrator. She has served as faculty at both community
college and the university levels. Currently, she gives
leadership to a university academic program for registered
nurses seeking baccalaureate degrees. |

Laura Cook:
Administrator Houston
Laura Cook is
the Administrator for Evergreen Private Care Houston. Laura
has been with Evergreen Private Care since its launch and
oversees the management of all aspects of Evergreen
Houston’s daily operations. Prior to joining Evergreen,
Laura was the director for a neurodiagnostics company,
managing the Dallas and San Antonio markets. She facilitated
good relationships between the company, physicians, clinics
and patients while assuring that the daily workflow
processes and operations ran smoothly. She was also the
director for a therapy/diagnostics company, managing all
field technicians, quality assurance, and reporting.
Earlier in her career, Laura was the Director of
International Operations for an international nutraceutical
company. She worked directly with the executive management
teams in Japan, the United Kingdom and South Korea. Laura
was the project manager for the launch of the company’s
business in South Korea, coordinating all aspects of the
business from systems, product, printed materials, training
of Executive staff, customer service and also working with a
consulting firm to insure proper culture emersion of all
areas of business. Prior to being appointed as Director of
International Operations, Laura was the Director of
Distributor Relations for the same company, ensuring the
delivery of the highest level of quality service for its
100,000 plus stateside distributors and customers.
Laura received her B.A. from McNeese State University in
1989. Customer satisfaction and quality assurance has been
Laura’s passion her entire career in the health and wellness
industries. She carries this same passion for quality into
her administration of Evergreen Private Care. She is an
active Chamber member and is also very active in her local
house of worship where she also teaches. |

Melissa
Brookins: Administrator
of Office Services & Referral Coordinator
Melissa
Brookins is the Administrator of Office Services for
Evergreen Private Care in Houston. She also serves as the
Referral Coordinator. Her primary focus is to make the best
match possible for every client and ever caregiver! Melissa
has lived in the Houston area for 18 years. Before joining
Evergreen, Melissa served 24 years as an Office
Administrator in the Automotive Industry. During this time
she also served as HR and Customer Relations Manager. She is
active in her local house of worship where she also teaches
in the Children Ministry.

Kim Howard:
Director of Corporate
Operations
Kim Howard
comes to Evergreen Private Care with more than 15 years of
Medicare Home Health Business Operations experience. From
1998 to 2009 she served with a company known as a leading
provider of Home Health Care and Hospice services in the
United States and Puerto Rico. Kim began her employment with
this company on the local level as a Business Office
Specialist and was quickly promoted to Business Office
Manager. In 2004 she accepted a corporate position in which
she was instrumental in streamlining business process and
improving operational efficiencies for multiple office
locations nationally. Kim’s expertise and leadership skill
has been rewarded by exemplary evaluations and letters of
commendations. Kim is committed to unwavering implementation
of corporate policy and procedure processes that assures the
highest degree of professionalism and client/caregiver
satisfaction to the Private Care Referral service model. Kim
is well known in her hometown for volunteer and
philanthropic work as well as for her active involvement
with her local house of worship and nonprofit organizations
in her community. |
