Caregiver Opportunities

Evergreen Private Care Registry is Looking for Premier Caregivers to Refer:

Registration qualifications include, but are not limited to:

Verification of professional license, registration, or certification
Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
Professional Liability Insurance
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years experience as a care provider
Passing a Caregiver Knowledge Assessment Test
Current TB Test and CPR certification
Clean Motor Vehicle Report
Reliable transportation & proof of auto insurance
