for premier caregivers to refer.
Registration Qualifications include, but are not
limited to:
- Verification of professional license,
registration, or certification
- Proof of Legal authorization to work
in the United States
- Professional Liability Insurance
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of two years experience as a
care provider
- Passing a Caregiver Knowledge
Assessment Test
- Current TB Test and CPR certification
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report
- Reliable transportation & proof of
auto insurance
- We are looking for the highest
quality, compassionate and dedicated care professionals
to place on our nurse registry
